"The hotel is managed by a very friendly family. The service was simply excellent. The view from our room was nothing less than amazing, but you need to take into account that having a vehicle is a must for whoever stays at the hotel because it is located on a cliff overlooking the sea, and to get anywhere you either have to climb up or go down the town's main road. As soon as we arrived at the hotel (with the help of the hotel staff, after we contacted them by email to arrange a pickup from the ferry for €5 per person), Margarita in the reception immediately called a scooter rental company at our request, and they came right away to pick us up so we could rent a scooter for the duration of our stay. George (the owner and Margarita's cousin) also helped us with internet connection issues in our room and brought us a device for free wifi in the room, all with a smile and a willingness to help. The main downside of the hotel is the room maintenance. There were quite a few issues (a closet door falling apart, a room door that doesn’t shut properly unless locked, a window blind that won't go up or down), and the room as a whole is very basic and quite dated. It wasn't anything unbearable, and it was reasonable considering the price we paid, but the stay could have been greatly improved with tighter supervision over room repairs. Other than that, we definitely recommend the hotel."

"We stayed for 11 nights from 1st to 12th September, the college and uni kids had gone back so was a little more relaxed. Straight on the beach with free loungers and parasols, few free nights at the beach club, which were excellent. Always some promotion on. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was functional, clean and relatively contem, $1m view of the bay from our well appointed balcony. Bus to town outside the beach club and right on Mylopotos Beach- what more could you want."

"Maria was very very nice. The view would have been nice but right outside my balcony was a rough looking house with junk all in the yard so that wasn't very pretty. My personal coffee mug and the two glasses in the room were left sitting in the bathroom sink one of the days i got back so I'm not sure what that was about. The beach though was wonderful. I didnt have enough time to check out the pool but it looked very nice as well. Many restaurants nearby. I would have paid less though for a non sea view room though since it wasn't that pretty with that house."

The place went above and beyond our expectations- cleanliness was spot on and that there was ample parking. The welcome and departing gifts were also memorable. "Booked for two nights, immediately decided we wanted to extend for another night. Beautifully maintained and located property just steps from beach and restaurants at Agia Anna. We loved having use of a private pool, which just made our stay even more tranquil. Family-run hotel who were the epitome of Greek hospitality. Highly recommend. As if you need more convincing, the homemade breakfast spread is absolutely amazing. Thanks for making our Naxos stay so memorable, Majo Suites Hotel!"

"A beautiful hotel steps away from a wonderful beach. The staff was even better than the hotel. Each morning we were greeted at breakfast by Elena, Elina and/or Socrates. Socrates asked each day what we planned to do and always suggested we go inland to visit the tiny villages of Naxos. Our room was great and cooled down quickly. A great way to spend a week on a Greek island beach."
