"I gave this property 5/5 for the incredible staff and the breathtaking views. The team was genuinely kind, welcoming, and one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, there were several disappointments that future guests should know about. The biggest issue was the location. The hotel is on the quieter side of the island, far from the main attractions and nightlife. More importantly, the hotel’s “private beach” is not suitable for swimming because it is covered with large rocks. If you’re expecting a sandy beach, you’ll be disappointed. The nearest swimmable sandy beach is about a 15-minute walk away, or you’ll need to rent a car and drive to another area. The hotel itself also feels dated. While it is clean, the rooms and bathrooms are noticeably older and could benefit from renovations. I also relied on Expedia’s ratings when booking this property. After sharing my concerns during my stay, I was disappointed that Expedia was unable to offer any meaningful assistance or alternative accommodations. That experience has made me question how much I can rely on their ratings in the future. If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend renting a car so you can enjoy the island’s beautiful beaches and explore the surrounding towns. Without one, you’ll likely miss out on much of what makes the destination so special."

"This property is everything a traveler needs!To begin with the staff is extremely gracious and helpful, from helping to book excursions and transport to suggestions on the best restaurants and places to watch sunset, they are your go to! Every member of the staff and the manager is so friendly! The property is situated on a hill moments from the port with great water views, also minutes from Chora the main town .There are 2 pools and a bar at the pool and they also offer pool towels which is rare! One of the best amenities is the guest shower just below the pool with guest bathrooms fully equipped with a blow dryer. Perfect for early check out but when you are still hanging around waiting for your boat or flight. We absolutely loved our stay, we had a balcony and the room was impeccable. Can’t wait to come back! "Best location in Ios!!! Located on the best beach in Ios! Do not forget to rent a car it is easier even though public transportation is very reliable! The hotel rooms are very comfortable. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful!. 1 minute walk to the beach. Amazing pools with an amazing sunset views!!! Town is only 10 minutes away easy parking. Ios Club for sunset dinner amazing! Hotel offers Greek night with live music amazing! Enjoy your travels!!!!"
