"The body scrub at the spa was great!"

"The room i was assigned to initially had problems withe the toilet and tv that couldn't be rectified. The staff was so helpful especialy the front desk manager that helped us relocate to a beautiful suite."

"Absolutely wonderful"

"Left the room for one hour, we came back and BUGS all over our room, in toilet, coming out of the sink, ended up going on our bed, on the walls EVERWHERE. They gave us a 2nd room and still bugs and ants. Asked for refund for 1 night as we didnt feel comfortable staying there and they refused and STILL refuse. We asked Expedia for help only they helped us a bit but the hotel refuses apparently “its normal because of tropical island”. Of course there are bugs, but not like this. The front desk...

"Arnaud was a very enthusiastic host and our needs were efficiently met. We ate breakfast and dinner and the hosts accommodated our preferences. One small drawback is that it is a bit loud with traffic nearby. Otherwise would recommend for sure!"

"Very clean; although our room did not have a partial ocean view as advertised. Charlotte was very helpful, the breakfast was good but lacking protein."

I called the motel upon arrival and they instructed me to take a taxi from the airport which cost $20 each way. For...

"The bathrooms were disgusting, I don’t think anyone cleaned them the whole 6 days I was there. I scrubbed the toilet myself b/c it was so nasty. The sheets on my bed were used and not washed. Great area-too bad it cost so much for not much."

"Reva picked us up at 2:00 am. She was incredibly kind and informative. In addition, she dropped and picked us from the town center. Breakfast was provided on the patio outside our room. We will be using this hotel again soon. We were also able to store a suitcase at her place. Her place is close to the airport. However quite far from anything else."

"We had the most memorable stay thanks to the wonderful host, Kiki. So friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate. Extremely clean and the communal kitchen area was well stocked with everything you can think of. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen available to help lower the overall costs of a vacation (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker…) And having washing machine made a huge difference. We were able to pack less and keep our beach towels clean😊. You cannot beat the location. The...
