"We were staying with a toddler for 6 nights. We had a king-size bed with sofa bed. The room was huge! Plenty of space for our little on to play and also put up a travel cot. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The dressing gowns were a nice touch, though we didn't need them.
The breakfasts were lovely. I would recommend the porridge, it was delicious! There was the usual selection of cereal, fruit, breads and pastry, along with hot breakfast. My husband needed GF bread and they accommodated him. Staff were outstanding, Emil was so friendly and welcoming to our toddler. He even remembered her name which was lovely. A female member of staff (didn't get her name) kindly remembered that my toddler liked her apple peeled and she did this every morning for us. The staff also kindly kept our ice packs in the freezer. Location is fab, a few minutes walk from Lime Street Station and Liverpool Central. There's also bus stops right outside the hotel. Great for those needing piblic transport. Could not fault this hotel and would definitely return."
