"There was 4 moth's when we entered into our room, that we could not get out."

"M"

"It was fine. The lady on check in super friendly."

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room"

"All good"

"The cleanliness of room and awesome service was above excellent"

"The room was clean and very spacious. My stay was for one night so the close proximity to MCC was great."

"Very centrally located. Rooms were very acceptable."

"Great room, bed and shower. I will stay here next time I'm in Melbourne."

"Friendly staff, clean. Great location"

"None of the welcome gifts or complimentary drinks were really offered or even explained outright. We missed the breakfast but that's on us however those other things kind of ruined the vibe for me. Not to mention a really rotten almost body like smell right outside the venue"

"Staff went out of their way to be helpful. I booked the wrong style of room - they moved me to another room at no extra cost."

"シャワールームですが、ハンドシャワーがなく、天井のレインシャワーしかなく、何かと使い勝手が悪く感じた。また、トイレがシャワートイレではなくあのクラスのホテルにしてはちょっと意外な気がした。"

"The room was clean, but one of the bathrooms had a smell (it got better over time). The holder on the shower head was also not adjustable due to a missing knot. There are also no toilet brushes, so you have to rely on room service to clean the toilets. Breakfast was good, but could use a bit more variety. Everything else was good."
