"Very nice hotel. Roberto and his wife are very gracious hosts. They go out of their way to help you. They set up shuttle service for us and other guests to go to cruise port. Very nice restaurant was suggested by Roberto. Food and prices were great as well restaurant staff. The name of restaurant was Rotunda by the sea shore. We arrived by train to Santa Marinella station. I would suggest to have transportation set up before arrival. Taxi and Uber services very sparse. Or call or message hotel...

"Staff member did not seem to want to assist when we had issues with TV not working, after asking several times they did try to assist but to no avail, they did not know how to work the TV. Breakfast was so, so. No kleenex in room, no ice and courtesy coffee was instant, even though there were coffee machines in the central kitchen area."
