Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. "Clean hotel, there were doing some work in the floor hallway, but nothing that would make it less comfortable. A little dated, especially the rooms, though super clean and great staff. Would consider staying again. "
