"This property is clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is good. There are restaurants close to the hotel. The Jinsong Subway Station is a few minutes away by walking. Problem: no one - absolutely no one - in this hotel can speak or understand English. Anyone who does not speak Mandarin needs to download in advance an app to a smartphone that translates.
