"This property is clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is good. There are restaurants close to the hotel. The Jinsong Subway Station is a few minutes away by walking. Problem: no one - absolutely no one - in this hotel can speak or understand English. Anyone who does not speak Mandarin needs to download in advance an app to a smartphone that translates. "It was on the spot booking coz i never expect i will be staying longer in Beijing. I was at the property that night and didnt expect the property manager advice me that they never accommodate foreigner. And they told me they cancelled and refunded my booking right away even before i came. And i explained to them that i have paid for it and consider my stay for a nite but they insist that even they like to accommodate me but the hotel is restrict for accepting foreigner which i respect that.right...

"Amazing Location and Outstanding Service The hotel’s location is excellent, situated right next to shopping malls such as In88 and Beijing APM, dining options, and all major tourist attractions. The staff members are very polite, and the check-in process is smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Staff Zhung Fu Cong, who took care of our floor. He is incredibly friendly and always checked in to see if we needed any assistance, making us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! "

"Only a few hundred meters to huge pedestrian mall. Close to subway. Near major tourtist must sees! Incredibly helpful staff. Lots of small restaurants in the area. Very nice rooms. You can book AND PAY! for taxis at the hotel, so no drama with Alipay or currency exchange. Was there for a week and a half and would stay there again very happily! Was there for mix of business and pleasure and perfect for both."
