"Elisa welcomed us upon arrival and responded very quickly to questions throughout our stay. The cottage is very cozy and fully equipped.The bed was comfortable, and the two air conditioners were great.The garden is large and comfortable. There are no panoramic views, but you're staying in an olive grove. A provincial road runs alongside it, but we weren't bothered by it much. It's a great base for exploring Umbria and Tuscany.We recommend this property."

"We hebben genoten van het huis en vooral van de mooie ruime tuin en het grote zwembad. Er waren verschillende leuke terrassen met schaduw, parasols, hangmatten, zonnebedden enz. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. We werden gastvrij ontvangen en wegwijs gemaakt in het huis. Jammer was wel dat er dit jaar veel muggen waren. Al met al hebben we een heerlijke week gehad in een schiterende rustige ongeving."

"We stayed in Elisa's place in Panicale for 5 nights and it was the perfect place for us. It has a beautiful yard, comfortable and spacious kitchen, large bedroom and living room and the best part is that we could easily walk all over the historic centre! It was clean, very beautiful and we even had a BBQ one evening in the beautiful covered gazebo. Parking is very easy and close by, and the host was very responsive. Loved this place!"

"We recently spent a week in this amazing property for our summer holiday. The house is in a beautiful setting, completely private and with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
