"We tried 2 rooms labeled non-smoking. The first had a heavy airfreshner smell mixed with tobaco that irritated my eyes and lungs. The second room had such a heavy smoke smell I couldn't even take 2 steps into the room. We left to rent another hotel. I was charged at check in and am unable to get a refund. Just go somewhere else."
