"Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again."

"While booking said AC room and breakfast is included, after reaching there no AC room. Lady sitting in reception is very rude and , I asked her to update AC for extra money,she denide. Zero rating "

"Nice clean and quiet rooms. Only problem is they do not honor booking with Expedia. They are listed on Expedia so I ended up paying twice. Pre-paid with Expedia and then had to pay at the hotel. Expedia is non-responsive on a refund. Be careful."
