"We stayed here during a 2-day visit to Mysuru. The hotel was centrally located to the main attractions. The property was well-maintained and had lots of amenities such as restaurant and spa within the premises. We had booked the garden suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay."

"It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. "Nice clean and quiet rooms. Only problem is they do not honor booking with Expedia. They are listed on Expedia so I ended up paying twice. Pre-paid with Expedia and then had to pay at the hotel. Expedia is non-responsive on a refund. Be careful."
