"We stayed with a large group at the house and it was awesome, everything you can expect from a beach house: Great location, Great House, Great Hospitality. The house slept our 21 people extremely comfortably pretty much a room for every couple. The house had some very minor issues when we arrived and Bob and the ECDI staff were very prompt to correct them and make our stay awesome. If you have a large group this is the place for you! Thanks to Bob and the whole team for an awesome experience!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that."

"This home has everything. Beautiful kitchen for home cooked meals. The view. The location. The pool. The ocean. We loved everything about it. We rented a golf cart and could get everywhere we needed to from this location. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to all of our questions. "The home was very roomy and close to lots of activities. The pool was clean but cold which was expected for early April. We wish there had been some lounge chairs by the pool for sunning. The hosts provide lots of towels and linens to use which were very clean. There were a few areas which could have been a bit cleaner such as some sticky spots on walls and cupboards. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."
