"The Carillon beach area is very close to 30A. Putting you directly between 30A & Panama City Beach. The location is unmatched. The actual room is an efficiency as advertised. My one complaint is that the water heater is very very small. If you take a shower longer than five minutes, there is no hot water. Other than that, it was a nice property."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Well maintained. Great view of the beach. The towels smelled like home.
