This getaway is centrally located along Front Beach Road, thus, dining options abound and are within two blocks. Downtown Panama City Beach is six miles away and there you will find endless dining options, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, WonderWorks Panama City Beach, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and even more fun, family-friendly entertainment options. Pier Park is a great place to find unbeatable sales and great stores and it's less than one mile away from your vacation rental. Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great condo, slow elevators

We loved this condo, a lot of space and an amazing view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable as well as the couches. The elevators were a challenge as half of them were down due to a power issue from the last storm.

We had the best family vacation with our girls! The condo was spacious and beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. All of the restaurants we dined at has delicious food. The condo had everything you need.

The room and property was great!! One big problem is the elevators. You might have to wait over 30 minutes to get on one.

Elevator Fun

Tidewater definitely has an elevator issue but it’s manageable as long as you miss the high demand times which were all the time. The staff working the Tiki Bar and other areas were not friendly, including the security guards working the pools and luggage cart areas. They like using the app and email but feel at check in would have been nice to review pool hours, theater room information, restaurant information, etc.

Comfortable and well equipped and clean

View was great with balcony facing ocean. The condo was well equipped with all necessities needed. It appears it was recently remodeled with nice carpet and furniture . Location is close to pier shopping and restaurants. We did have to use our car more than we wanted to get to restaurants and shopping since there were no sidewalks to walk on and not much room between road and properties. A lot of construction was being done at the time of our stay so roads and walkways were busy and hard to navigate. The free rentals for the beach chairs and umbrellas was a very nice addition. When we first arrived it was late at night and we were handed an envelope with not much information given on where to go or how to navigate the condo building. We had to return since we did not have our wrist bands in the envelope needed to gain access to condo. They were apologetic and gave us temporary bands but was told to return in the morning. In the morning staff was much more accommodating and informative.

Amazing

We had a great time and the room was awesome. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were awesome with a family of four. Really loved the washer and dryer, they give you packets of laundry detergent. The balcony was amazing! Ocean view! Will definitely come back!

The view was great—upon entering the unit the smell was horrible. Towels was in the closet not folded, the unit tables and counters not cleaned. I contacted management and they sent up a air purifier which done a little good. I had to go to Walmart to purchase Lysol wipes to clean the unit. Although $50 was refunded to me for my inconvenience but I will not use this property again.

Unit is Great, Elevators Ruin the Experience

The condo had everything you’d expect from a beach unit. Nicely stocked kitchen but zero spices or coffee to get you started. The carpeting isn’t ideal but it’s not gross. Nice big space, is a plus when many beach condos are so tiny. The elevator situation is awful. A minimum of 30 minutes to get out of the building. Parking garage has plentiful spaces but the low clearance mean there’s no place to load a roof rack.

CLEANEST CONDO I’VE EVER STAYED IN !!

To start with we were greeted by a very strong smell of household cleaner when we opened the door on arrival. WOW ! That was nice ! The interior was spotless. Even the second bathroom/bedroom which is usually not as nice as the master was in excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable! I think maybe that’s memory foam mattresses? I don’t know. But they’re great !! A/C worked great . And we didn’t hear any noise from outside even though it was a crowded holiday with a lot of guests. Check in was a breeze. We had an issue where our gate code didn’t work and it was resolved quickly and easily. The only complaint I’d have is the elevators are pretty slow and stay super crowded inside, especially going all the up to the 29th floor. But that’s really not that big of deal either. When you’re here you’re on vacation and have nothing but time and anyways. This will definitely be a choice place to stay in next time we are in Panama City Beach.

We love Tidewater

We loved the views and the size of the room, pools are wonderful and Tidewater is in the perfect spot, this room however was not my favorite just because the decor was not my style and the couch pull out bed was really bad wore out and uncomfortable...we loved Tidewater and using Vacasa, everything was so organized and easy, we will definitely use them again! Elevators are slow but everything else that Tidewater has to offer made it worth it!
