Relaxation is upstairs and FUN is downstairs--Imagine sitting on our ninth floor private balcony enjoying breathtakingly beautiful sunsets, miles of snow white beaches, ocean breezes and rolling waves.

New tiles were installed in 2019 in the whole unit.

Our condominium is professionally decorated with a comfortable, relaxed feel and the ambiance of friendly sophistication. The unit easily accommodates a family of four to six with a master suite; bunk area; two full baths; kitchen with 'eat-in' bar and spacious living area with Amazing View Of The Gulf Of Mexico.

For your enjoyment, our condominium is equipped with NEW 50-inch and NEW 32-inch LCD TVs, DVDs and stereo system, NEW sofas(2018), NEW refrigerator.

We decided last minute to take a trip to PCB and stay at Splash. The condo was clean and the management was excellent. I’m big on communication and it was amazing. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for the three of us! If our family was a bit bigger we would still have plenty of room and not feel crowded at all! We enjoyed the water facilities and absolutely stunning views of the ocean! We were close to stores to shop at and had plenty of places to eat! Everyone was friendly and helpful! We hated to leave but definitely will be coming back!

We had a great stay at 903E. Everything was great other than the temperature outside never got above 70 degrees, so the 2 heated pools were lifesavers with our 6 year old. The size of the condo also allowed everyone their own area when we were all inside. The view was great. The local restaurant and grocery selection was great as well.

We loved our stay. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it. The beds were comfy, everything was clean. The view was excellent. The facility itself was so great for our family. My kids loved the covered pool area the most. The communication from the owner was clear and easy to follow. The beach loungers were a great added perk. We hope to stay again in the future and would happily choose the same place/condo to stay in.

this was an absolute perfect place to stay for two adults, and two children. There was plenty a room. No one felt crowded and there were also two bathrooms, which makes it very convenient. The owner or property manager stayed in contact with us. Making everything much easier.

This was our first time visiting Panama City beach at splash. We all enjoyed every moment of this stay. My kids enjoyed the pools, the gift shop where we could explore in, the arcade and the best part is that, you could walk to the beach without driving.- the beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful. This condo is very comfortable/clean/well decorated/ beautiful view. Thanks to Frank and Jennifer for letting us stay here and for making it so easy to check in. Will definitely come back again. :D

The condo and location were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is excellent and furnished very nicely. Kids loved it. Splash is a great place for kids and family to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Jennifer, the owner, is absolutely fantastic and her communication is excellent. The electronic door lock quit working one day - we called Jennifer - she answered right away - she was awesome and had it completely fixed with a new lock installed the same day without needing us or interrupting us at all and communicated multiple times during the repair to keep us informed and let us know when the repair was done. She is awesome and we would gladly stay in her unit again. I recommend Splash, and specifically Jennifer and her unit. Thank You, B.B.

The location was great! The amenities provided were perfect for all to enjoy. It was clean. The 9th floor was perfect. The only negative things I can say about this property is that I wish it would’ve had another small two-seater sofa or another sitting chair in the living space & the elevators do take a little while. Also, if you need to use the pull-out sofa.. bring a sleeping bag or something padded to soften it so you don’t feel the springs underneath you. I’d recommend only kids sleeping on it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if there was more sitting room available for family time at night or if it were raining and you wanted to stay in, relax and watch a movie with your party. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and responded quickly to any questions we had!

Drove 12 hours from Ohio. Got there early but couldn’t check in til 4. Condo was very ran down- stains on couch, coffee table falling apart, no where to store food, couldn’t open fridge door all the way, broken fridge door, etc. Worst condo complex we’ve ever stayed in since coming down for 40 years. Trash and bugs in pool, overcrowded hot tub, long waits for elevators. Spent most time at the beach due to this. Splash is definitely not happening again.

Multiple pics of nasty rooms. We rented both rooms they own. These are not like the pics. Even the repair men said it's one of the worst rooms. couch was so nasty no one would sit on it. dryer is COATED in pink glitter, TV going out, furniture pieced together and looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. Desperately needs pain and a good clean. Pics taken YEARS ago! Had to have been!!

The condo was very clean and looked like the pictures. The manager responded quickly. We had never stayed at Splash before and really enjoyed it. Overall a great week! The only negatives.....I read the reviews about the mattresses specifically the bunk beds and thought who cares we are at the beach! After a couple of nights my girls were having to pile blankets on top to not feel the springs through the mattress. Also the mattress in the master is very very soft. Its almost like there is a hump in the middle with both sides sagging down. The TV’s are not smart TV’s so be prepared to have cable only. Again it was a wonderful week on the beach!
