"Nice room and great view from balcony. We had Gulf view. The staff at the front deck were awesome and helpful with what ever You needed. Site was pretty quite and didn't see any out of control people. The coffee is the best I have had at a Hotel. LavAzza coffee is excellent. It is in the room and lobby. We would stay here again. Nice beach clear water. Only complaint was the weather, Bertha came through and couldn't get in water. Not Chateau's fault. Still had a great time. For Breakfast check out Classic American Diner, GREAT BUFFET!! Pier Park has a lot of food an shopping, Ford's Garage has great food."

"Our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel strikes that rare balance of being stylish, spacious, and genuinely welcoming — exactly what you want when hosting a large family gathering. Suites were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone room to relax without feeling crowded. The complimentary made‑to‑order breakfast was a hit, and the evening reception added a fun, social touch that our family loved. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach and close to great dining and entertainment, yet the property still feels calm and comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help — the kind of service that makes you feel confident planning a major event here. Overall, Embassy Suites Panama City Beach delivered comfort, convenience, and top‑tier hospitality. It’s an ideal choice for our 2027 family reunion, and we’re already excited to return."

"Beautiful efficient condo with a unique layout (built in bunks) for the kids. Stunning view from the balcony and minutes, literally walking distance, away from some of the best food. Staff was very polite."

"Great pool with a roof partially covering it so you can swim rain or shine. The pool has a small lazy river which was poplar. At night the water looks blue because of the lights. The pool stays open 9 am-10 pm. There’s a Hot tub, bar grill, and easy access to the beach. They had a DJ on the weekend, otherwise there is music playing. You can rent a poolside cabana that has nice furniture, a TV and ceiling fan for $150. for a day. We did this for 1 day. You can also rent a set of beach chairs and an umbrella for $60. for the day. Breakfast offerings were standard, not exceptional. Parking across the street is $20.day. Our gulf side room with 2 queen beds, a sofa and balcony was very comfortable with a nice walk in shower. The water was hot, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the beds were not too high. Our son’s family wanted a bath tub room for their baby and the only rooms with bathtubs are handicap rooms on the inland side. There are no handicap rooms on the gulf side. The hotel has 11 floors not counting the pool floor. Last but not least, we found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. We will definitely plan to stay here again."

"It was great. We booked last minute and got one of the last rooms they had.. we had a great view of the palm trees.. but it wasn’t their fault. Other than that everything was great! Friendly staff. Very helpful and very clean."

"Room was clean and the view was amazing. The location is great but we stayed during the weekend so the main road was busy and loud at times. Still, I would stay here again."

"Great staff and motel. Parking a little issue but not a huge ordeal. Can park in extra lot. In the evening people park in lot for resteraunt next to it.. So recommend walking and leaving your vehicle parked in lot by motel if possible."
