This updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Watercrest condo is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This third-floor beachfront unit has expansive gulf views with no need for an elevator (although there are 4 available) and easy access parking! Watercrest offers guests a large, heated swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), tennis & pickle ball courts, outdoor showers, picnic area, charcoal grills, & fitness center!

This spacious unit offers over 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, quartz countertops, oversized kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (including a pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8) with views of the Gulf of Mexico, Smart TV w/cable, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. There are few units in PCB with balconies this large. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV w/cable, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with a shower bench, safety bar, and double shower heads. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own oversized closet and Smart TV w/cable. The second bathroom also has a large, walk-in shower with bench and double shower heads. The unit has a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Very nice condo. Fully equipped and plenty of towels and essentials. The decor was all up to date, very nice! Only negatives is that there wasn’t a full length mirror anywhere in the condo. And the floors looked as if they were swept but not mopped before check in. But yes-I would def stay there again. Very nice condo! 5-Stars!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fabulous to wake up every morning to the beautiful ocean view. I watched the dolphins swim and play out front every morning and evening. The condo was in excellent condition and recently updated. Plenty of places to eat within a few minutes drive. We thought the location was perfect because it wasn't wall to wall people, but still enough folks to not feel like you are away from everything. The rental company was super easy to work with and we loved the added bonus of the excursions. We took the sunset sailing cruise and it was a ton of fun.
