The condo is beautiful! It had everything we needed. There was plenty of parking. The pools were very nice and of course being able to walk right out to the beach was such a bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Tonya went above and beyond making our stay a good one. It is in the perfect location close to everything. A 2 minute drive to Pier Park. Highly recommend!. We will be staying again on our next trip to PCB!

We did have six people staying together, it was really spacious even then. Super clean and had all of the basic needs. Elevators worked marvelous compared to other condominiums i’ve stayed in. We added another night and the host were very helpful and kind. Great experience!

Perfect vacay! Our first time at PBC! Condo was wonderful! Very clean, amazing space for 6 adults, 9 year old and 9 month old. Condo was more than expected, great views and location. Elevator wait was not bad at all! Def would stay here again!

Everything was just perfect!! We loved the condo and it felt like home. The patio was so nice and large for everyone to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Communication was great, so easy to just go to the room and relax, loved having the parking garage there and so easy to go straight to the room, the pool and the beach. Everything we needed was provided in the condo and so comfortable. We will be staying again hopefully soon!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunrise Beach Resort. The location of the unit is perfect to great places to eat out at, beach access was easy, the pool and workout room facilities were ideal for our active family. The place was set up very nicely with everything we needed. The owners were quick to reply to questions and comments with helpful information. You can't be the October weather at the beach!

This was our first trip to PCB and it will not be our last! The condo was beautiful and clean. Beds were so comfortable. Great view from the room. Great amenities at condo and covered parking. Pools were clean and well maintained. I am already planning our trip for Spring 2021!

Overall it was just like explained online, I wish it would have had a few more things like beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, etc. It was very clean except I did find a plate and fork and dirty towel under the bunk beds. Everything else was super clean though!

The condo is beautiful with an amazing view. We had a few hiccups but the property manager was great and quick to fix the issue. The bunk warm does get very warm so keep that in mind. Our kids ended up sleeping in a different room. Overall we were pleased and had a good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures are what you get. Perfect for our family of 5. We have stayed at other places like this and had issues with parking and elevators. We never had a problem parking and never waited long for an elevator. Plenty of chairs at the pools too. Great location. Had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. This is the first condo I will check when we go back.

This was really nice ,very clean and well kept condo. I had no problems. Easy to get to the pool and beach. Nice balcony with an awesome view. They had plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare your own meals. I would highly recommend this condo and I would rent again.

We had a great stay in this condo. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was. Kudos to the housekeeping company! The condo is furnished well and decorated nicely making great use of the space and accommodating our party of 8. This 15th floor view was extra amazing! Everything we needed was there and worked well. We will definitely be back!

My husband and 2 adult sons, wanted to spend Christmas together. Accessiblity into condo was very easy. The condo was perfect. Clean and spacious, the view was wonderful. We cooked several meals, in the fully equip kitchen. Slept great in the very comfortable beds. Very quite. We worked out in the fitness room, which had everything necessary. The heated pool and the jacuzzi were fantastic, because the air temperature was in the low 40’s! Parking was never a problem. Shops, drug stores and grocery store all very close by. Also good restaurants and entertainment venues close. Highly recommend and will definitely come again. Thanks for a Merry Christmas Mrs G. From Florida

We stayed here for our annual family vacation, including grandkids ages 5, 4, 3, and 2. The condo is nice, view was fabulous. I was a little concerned about the 15th floor, but had no issues. Plenty og luggage/grocery carts and fast elevators. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. Tge was a dirty plate and fork under the bunk beds, master bath commode needed cleaning and none of the bedrooms had been vacuumed. It was like the housekeeper had hurriedly run through and just hit the high spots and moved on. The quantity of towels and wash cloths was inadequate for the capacity of the condo...we had to wash and dry those daily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just recommend considering a change in cleaning companies.

The condo location was great. View was great. The bunkbed room was ridiculously hot!!! Fan did not help!! Even mid bedroom would not have been tolerable without box fan. Thermostat sent at 70’ and could not lower it. Master bath had mold around overflow and drain. Neither shower would drain very well and floors were dirty. Had to wear shoes at all times or feet would be black. But other than that great trip. Would book again if rooms were able to cool down at night to sleep but we stayed same building last year and had same issue so feel it is resort wide problem.
