"A old style family owned hotel. Lovely staff, nice meals. Room was good with the added bonus of seeing the hot air balloons in the morning from your balcony. Be aware there is no lift."

"Close to Main Entrance to Pamukkle Travertines, 40 minutes walk to/from south entrance. Nice small swimming pool Evening meal small but good Breakfast could be a lot better eg no egg option "

"The manager who is also owner was welcoming for my late, last minute reservation and check in. He showed me the Hassam bath, jacuzzi tub and amenities. The buffet was extensive in the morning, and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming again one day."

"Mosquitoes bites and buzzing kept me up much of the night. Obviously not the first who had this problem since walls were painted with flattened bugs. I added quite a few more. Indoor pool was closed and drained. Service not particularly helpful/friendly. Were brought across street to buy bus ticket (man at hotel desk worked at both places) but then was forgotten about when time came to get ride to airport. Didn't eat at restaurant because didn't look at all appetizing. Close to sites."
