"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. "Nous avons passé un excellent moment en compagnie de Lola et de Claude . En leur compagnie nous avons fait une visite très intéressante et très instructive de l'histoire du château et de la région. Notre chambre et la salle de bain étaient très spacieuses et confortables et avaient pour théme Sarah Bernhardt. Au matin une jolie promenade dans le parc très appréciée par notre chienne. Excellent petit déjeuner. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. "
