"I asked for a room away from the elevators, got a room attached to the elevators (and all I heard was elevators all night). Unless you call a chemical filled muffin in a bag and a granola bar breakfast, don't get fooled by the "breakfast included" statement. No real food, no fruit, no cream for coffee or milk for tea. There was nothing in the kitchen but a fridge and microwave and they wouldn't even give me a coffee maker. "

"I rented a room for the evening for my sons hockey tournament we checked in and our room and our teammates room had bed bugs we went to desk to inform staff and they went up to room and argued that it was just dirty not bed bugs well I know what bed bugs look like and to find out 6 day ago a review came in that they had bed bugs. The staff proceeded to argue about a refund and we ended up switching hotels I will never stay at a best western again I also told the hockey tournament directors to stay away from recommending this hotel in the future worst experience I have ever had with a hotel"

"The front desk girl was the rudest and most awful hotel contact I have EVER encountered! We showed up around 6pm and while checking in, I asked about scheduling our airport shuttle for the next morning. The girl was so nasty and rude Saying that they require a 24 hour notice. She admitted that is not posted or advertised and said it’s not her problem, she just works there”. When I asked if she could please at least try for us because we really needed that shuttle, she got even ruder and it became an argument with her saying she won’t give me a room and to leave the hotel. We went outside and made calls. Thankfully the Marriott not only had a room for us, but even though their shuttle was broken down, she set up a taxi at no cost to me. Do NOT go to the Cambria!!!"

"Breakfast found out after the fact that breakfast had to be paid for instead of complementary although I was given a complementary coffee and much appreciated after a long drive coffee maker in room was small and only worked if you plugged it in, I think that needs to be addressed as well. Other than that staff was very pleasant welcoming and room was clean. Thank you so much"
