"It was a beautiful, private space. The location close to so much. The owner communication was great-very comprehensive and always very timely. I loved that the room included a book with lots of information and suggestions. The Amenities were amazing - bicycles with locks, kayaks with a cart and instructions, cold drinks, washer/dryer, etc. My only frustration was that the listing did not mention more clearly that it was on the second floor."

"The place itself it nice and clean and well stocked, close to the beach and all necessities. The two things I did not like are; The house has a circular driveway and the owner parked their Tesla to charge right in front of the entrance of the unit so every time we had to go anywhere we had to back out our car on a circular driveway which was a pain, it's ok if you had to do it once but if you have to do it a few times a day it becomes annoying very fast trying to maneuver out of a circular...

"This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

"Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

Beach chairs are available to use & if you need some ice for your cooler, there is complimentary ice in the upstairs freezer. "María Trim’s communication was exceptional. The entire boutique inn was absolutely excellent. It was very clean and modern. I loved the upstairs game room and the rooftop with a spectacular view and chairs to relax with a beautiful view. It was, also across the street from the beach and near restaurants and shops. "A very quaint cottage like property with a nice outdoor sitting area. Peaceful and quiet. It is quite small and makes you organize and compact your things into a small space, but it has everything needed and I was comfortable staying there for a week. (Probably not enough room if more than two people and two people is pushing the space). The neighborhood is very nice as well. Old NE with cobblestone streets. It is walkable to the beaches, parks, downtown and Snell Isle. "

"I have never stayed with Mint before and I had a last minute booking for Memorial Day weekend and they had the best price so I gave it a chance. I must say my expectations were more than met!!! "The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...
