"Well equipped apartment in a great position close to many attractions and metro/tram/bus routes. Quiet despite being so close to many restaurants/bars/shops etc. Loads of storage which helped keep things tidy with young kids. Cleaning is supposed to be daily but we did have one day when it wasn’t touched and of the 7 nights we were there, only 3 of these did they leave a dishwasher tablet. We ended up having to buy a full pack of these and toilet rolls because they just weren’t topped up. And...

"Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really. "

"Very good accommodation in a very convenient walkable location to central Florence yet removed from the over crowded central area of town. More of a dormitory than hotel, strong student vibe. Front desk felt like university students, but they get the job done. Beware extra fees and taxes even when leaving. Fee tax tax at end of stay. That’s above the stated Expedia rate. "

"My family of 5 really enjoyed our time in Lisbon. The apartment was very well located--we walked everywhere (except to Belem). The property was clean and the host communicated well and was responsive to our questions. The onsite person, David, was super friendly and did an amazing job of keeping our apartment clean and stocked with fresh towels, etc. We'd stay here again. "

"This was a great property set in a super location. It was easy to access on the subway from The airport The apartment was extremely clean with sufficient linens and towels for our stay. They had the usual kitchen appliances and also a small laundry/dryer machine. It was warm during the day, but they had a great air conditioner Location is fantastic right on the fashionable shopping street with a metro stop with an easy walking distance There are tons of restaurants and bars within a 10 or 15...

"Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel."

"Very nice and spacious rooms. Ours had a mini kitchenette. Great quality bedding. Rooms have a heat pump! Yay AC! Breakfast was included and was excellent 7-11am each day. Pool area was very nice, we didn’t used it but did sit out. Water is not heated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - walkable to lots of things. "

"Enjoyed the stayed.. from check in staff to check out staff all were very friendly and helpful. They even stored our luggage for extended time( few days after checked out) room, bathroom, living room all were very clean. I would definitely recommend while in Lisbon. "
