"The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged...

"Lovely apartment with everything I needed and more - all amenities listed were there along with additional nice touches like coffee (2 different coffee machines!), hair dryer, etc. The host reached out right after I booked to welcome me and give me access instructions. She was immediately responsive when I couldn't figure out how to work something (100% me just being slow) and then very patient. Will stay here next time I am in Setubal. Coffee and restaurants within 2 minute walk yet quiet...

"This flat is a gem!! Fantastic location, clean space, super comfortable bed, all the basics needed for self catering if you want, and loads of hot water for the awesome shower. You are within a 10-15 minute walk of most of the historic district, 5 minutes from Parque Bonfim, and 10 minutes from the bus terminal. Do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to the small park and have a pizza at the cafe. It’s fabulous. We highly recommend this property!!"

"The good- The house itself was set in a nice quiet neighborhood & was furnished appropriately. Only 3 of the 4 bedrooms have Air conditioning so if you’re staying in the summer the 4th is too hot to sleep comfortably. The bad - there was some mold in the washing machine, 1 of the doors to the patio was off the track. The pool filter wasn’t running & the pool was cloudy and dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable using it as there was debris on the bottom and dead bugs floating on top. The landscaping...

"The vacation rental is located within a gated community which were not able to enter. at 37 degrees Celsius we drove around and around the gated area trying to get the attention of the staff inside ... ringing bells and waving into security cameras but no one let uns in. After 1,5 hours we left to look for a hotel in nearby Setubal. The money is gone even though we never set foot into the vacation rental. Of course we dialled the owners phone number that was given to us by Fewo direkt but no one...
