Yes. Shannon the new GM is very friendly along with her staff in the front office. If a customer comes to and state that the TV is not working properly she will go to the room and try to fix it. If not she will tell the maintenance guy when he comes in about the situation as well as give the room #

The towel tack on tpilet holder were misding, shower old and stained, no soap at all. But it was a big riom, bed was okay and floors Lyxury vinyl. Water was switched H was at cold and smaller sink replaced to older bigger one. It was quiet and i slept well.

I'm homeless been staying here for a year off and on. I left the door open to go wash clothes for two hours with my laptop here and when I came back it was still here nothing was stolen. The housekeeping here is respectful, kind and helpful. Soon as I can cash out the bonds I found in my name I would love to gift the entire staff with a gift card for dinner.

Adequate and inexpensive.

I stayed here while visiting an elderly Family member in hospice care. The room was clean but sparsely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't spend much time in the room, but if I had, I would want far more comfortable furnishings and room appeal. It was fine for what I needed - a somewhat inexpensive place to lay my head during a trying family gathering.

Good hotel to stay with pets

Easy check in and best of all my pets stayed free! Could do with upgrades all around but for the affordability it was a great price! Noisy neighbors but again you get what you paid for. Thank you for your hospitality Palms Inn.
