There was nothing to complain about the resort itself and would highly recommend. The only negatives were that they refused to upgrade me given that I am a gold member and this was a VIP hotel. I was told that I was upgraded given that our room was facing the parking lot. THEY LIED TO ME. The hotel sent me an email to upgrade...

"The staff were very approachable and friendly and the ambience was nice. However food wise, much improvement needed in terms of the variety and 4* standards. Property is a bit dated. Ambre Suite could do with much improvement, there's big space but not smartly laid out out. Overall I would rate it 7/10. "

"We enjoyed the food variety available from the buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner (we always missed tea time). The onsite restaurants food was also good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We just had a great time. "
