"Property was great, spacious and clean rooms. Ocean location, gated with security, very friendly and responsive staff and several small amenities that was a great addition. There was nothing to complain about the resort itself and would highly recommend. The only negatives were that they refused to upgrade me given that I am a gold member and this was a VIP hotel. "The staff were very approachable and friendly and the ambience was nice. However food wise, much improvement needed in terms of the variety and 4* standards. Property is a bit dated. "A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! "Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."

"I love the kindness of workers. They are so adorable. They like angels and they make you feel like in a paradise. What i don't like is when you ask for your room to be clean They take time to come. Maybe because they have lot of rooms to clean. Except that this hôtel is perfection. I feel sad to go back home. For sûre i will recomand and also come back."
