"I loved that it had a private beach access and didnt have to leave the residence to go to the beach. The pool was big pretty clean. Jaccuzzi was very yellow and dirty. The house was clean pretty roomy for a family of 6. The pillows and beds were comfy and clean."

"The morning desk lady no hablo English which makes it hard to ask questions and get help to get things done. The afternoon guy was great and very helpful. Wish they had maps of the area to show where certain services were located as American cell phone service does not work there and getting lost was easy for me. Loved housekeeping. She was unintrusive and left water for us. Definitely felt safe there. Parking is gated and surrounded by the hotel. Will be back. "
