After writing my original review upon arrival at the apartment, I was able to speak to Carlos, the owner and found out that we had some miscommunication on both of our parts. Furthermore Carlos apology and took some of my comments in a very constructive manner and said that he would incorporate many of my suggestions to improve the level of service and enhance his guest experience. So in fairness to Carlos, I would like to give our stay an overall 4 star rating and would definitely stay here again in the future. The apartment is very clean and centrally located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The cathedral and old town are all walking distance with lots of great restaurants and bars located only minutes away from the apartment.

Large apartment in very good location. Just around the corner you have the trendy Santa Catalina, where you can find plenty of good bars and restaurant. Apartment was clean and looked like the pictures, Carlos was very friendly, our stay was pleasant

I stayed in Carlos' apartment with my partner for 4 nights. As I had never been to Palma before, this apartment was in an ideal location. We could walk everywhere to see as much as the city as possible. The apartment is very close to shops and a super market, as well as delicious traditional restaurants and fun bars. When we arrived we didn't have any towels with us, but Carlos was kind enough to go back and fetch some for us to use. The space has everything you would need; stove top, microwave and all the utensils etc. The balcony was at the back of the apartment, it was nice and quiet to have the doors open all day and night. In the end, I actually extend the stay by another 4 days as my partner was doing a course in the city. Carlos was absolutely fine with this, and didn't mind that we didn't give him much notice. Over all, this was a great spacious apartment to stay in, I would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to stay in a quiet area and explore the beauty of Palma.

AGENCIA POCO SERIA.No puedo explicar mi experiencia en este piso. Por que aunque es el que yo estaba buscando y reservé, dos dias antes de mi llegada a la isla me comenta que por un problema con la anterior inquilina no me lo puede ofrecer. Y me da otro piso en una zona cercana....nada que ver...una entreplanta, con mosquitos, aunque limpio superviejo, con tuberias y enchufesal descubierto, sin luz, para ver q dia hacia tenia que salir del piso y salir a la calle...no nos gusto nada. Desde el dia que lo reserve, me parecieron poco serios siendo "agencia", muy dejaos....le mande la transfrencia y le dije q me contestara si le habia llegado y nada, le mande mi email y mi telefoni para que me contestara, nada, le escribí por wasap, nada. Solo cuando lo llamamos me dijo que si. Si que habia llegado y estaba reservado.... Luego le mande mails preguntando x la situación, como quedabamos, nada sin contestacion....y una semana despues a dos dias de llegar yo a mallorca me dice que me cambia de piso....por el mismo precio!!!!! (Gracias!) Estuvimos buscando otros apurado pero claro no veiamos nada faltaba un dia....nos lo rebajo un poco y como esperamos el piso no nos gusto, y viendo la demas demanda que hay no lo alquilaria nunca. Muy mal esta "agencia" no me parecen serios ni me gustò la atención antes de llegar al piso.

Casa pulita e nuova!! Con tutto il necessario!in ottima posizione per raggiungere anche a piedi il centro di palma e quindi anche due discoteche! L'unica pecca è il parcheggio ma con un po.di pazienza non è impossibile trovarlo! Consigliato

Casa nuova e pulita con tutto il necessario!posizione Buona per gli spostamenti! Raggiungibile a piedi il centro di palma e quindi anche due discoteche. l'unica pecca è il parcheggio:bisogna munirsi di pazienza ma non è impossibile! complessivamente consigliata!

We spent a wonderful week in this comfortable apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. Santa Catalina is a really nice part of Palma, and we felt at home. We spent a lot of time outside so the small balcony without a nice view wasn't a problem. Santa Catalina offers a lot of nice restaurants and bars, safe beautiful streets and nice small plazas. We recommend the Modern Art Museum next to the apartment, the nice park Feixina and the market Mercat Santa Catalina. Maria from Sweden

We stayed at Pep's flat for almost 2 weeks. The flat is perfectly located, within walking distance to the old town, Santa Catalina, the shopping areas, etc. It is in a safe neighbourhood with good parking facilities. We stayed in the 3rd floor flat. Pep also owns the two flats below. They all have the same layout and furnishings. The building has a lift, so I would personally stay again in the 3rd floor flat. The flat is "cosy", but great for two people. Certainly much better than a hotel room. The flat was clean during our stay. Based on previous comments, I guess Pep has successfully changed cleaning companies. The kitchen is small, but we managed to cook a couple of meals. Don't expect to be able to cook a roast. There is no oven. Also a couple more utensils are needed, like a chopping board. All in all, we highly recommend this flat. Loved our stay. Thanks Pep!

Vorab das Positive: Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr zentral in der City Palma. Enge Gassen und viele Cafes sind gleich um die Ecke. Zum Negativen: Bei Erreichen der Wohnung haben wir diese ungereinigt vorgefunden. der Fussboden war bedeckt mit Schmutz, Staub und Haaren. Schlimmer war nur noch die Couch, die mit Flecken und Schuppen übersät gewesen ist. Sodass ich mir ein Schlafen darauf nicht vorstellen wollte Selbst Im Kühlschrank klebten dunkle Haare an der Rückwand. Das Badezimmer roch streng nach Abfluss und Wasser-/Urinspuren fielen gleich ins Auge. Unter dem Waschbecken lagen alte Weintraubenkerne und die Duschkabine war teilweise rostig. Die Wohnung kann definitiv nicht mehr als Neuwertig angeboten werden. Der Fussboden war komplett abgetreten, Löcher und Spuren waren an der Wand zu sehen und die Couch total durchgesessen. Die im Angebot stehende Informationen über die Größe der Wohnung ist eine Lüge. Statt den erwarteten 75m² konnte das Appartement maximal 38 - 42m² bieten. Dies war das Hauptkriterium für die Wahl des Appartements. Handtücher, Ipod Dockingstation, DVD Player sowie Küchenutensilien waren nicht in der gewünschten Menge auffindbar. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde auf unsere Bedenken keine Rücksicht genommen. Der Versuch der zeitnahen Klärung wurde mit Ignoranz und Ausreden begegnet. Die Dame sei ausschließlich für die Schlüsselübergabe zuständig, weiter nichts. Den PIN fürs Internet bekamen wir erst nach der dritten telefonischen Nachfrage zur Halbzeit des Urlaubs. Angaben zum Parken vor der Haustür wurden uns ebenfalls nicht benannt. Eine mündliche sowie schriftliche Klärung der Beschwerde wurde seitens "suyt.es" bisher abgelehnt. Als Empfehlung für zukünftige Interessenten: das Appartement ist zu den vorgefundenen Konditionen überteuert. Auf Grund des schlechten Service empfehle ich die Vollbezahlung erst NACH voller Zufriedenheit mit dem Objekt.

My husband and I rented Pep's apartment for 5 days, and were happy to find that it was as advertised. It was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, there was a washer and clothes line on the back balcony, and the apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. It was in a great location, with various cafes, tapas bars, and shopping all within a 10 minute walk. We were also surprised to find that the apartment had good noise blocking walls and shutters to keep light and noise out, especially since it was so close to a church, but we could hardly hear it at all. After discovering how great Palma was, and how short our stay was, we are definitely planning on returning, and I would rent this apartment from Pep again.

Estuve alli por una semana y me lo pasé fenomenal. El piso es nuevo y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerca de varios puntos de interés en Palma. El Barrio de Santa Catalina está justo al lado con sus cafés, bares, restaurantes, el mercado, etc... La ubicación es inmejorable. Hay un parking cercano, lo que facilita mucho si ha alquilado coche. Internet de alta velocidad. Lo recomendo y seguro que volveré.
