The inside of the property has been updated - yet honors the home's iconic architecture, preserving its clean lines, authentic post and beam ceilings, open concept floor plan and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. Desert Willow is the type of vacation home that was made for simply relaxing whether you come for a week, a couple of months or longer.
The Space:
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The fabulous outdoor space features a saltwater pool surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, alfresco dining area seating 6, BBQ grill and a fire pit lounge area perfect for gathering around and taking in the fabulous mountain views. A great place to gather with your children, grandchildren and treasured friends.
INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This classic mid-century home has the Palm Springs feel. Walls of glass let the light pour in, revealing the sun-drenched pool and yard. The living and dining area and kitchen are all open to each other providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. Everything has been reimagined for the way we live today with high-speed internet, flatscreen TVs, and upgraded heating and cooling systems.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality pillow top mattresses, European bedding, ample storage, and flatscreen televisions. The Primary Bedroom offers a King bed, ensuite bath, and outside access to the private side yard. The two Queen guest rooms share easy access to the bathroom in the hallway. All rooms are light and open.
THE LOCATION
Desert Willow is located in Racket Club Estates, a Palm Springs neighborhood studded with classic Mid Century Modern homes. Here, you'll be located just minutes from restaurants, night spots, burger joints, sandwich shops, grocery stores and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive.
POLICIES:

- No events, parties or large gatherings
Palm Springs City Ordinances:
- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy rate for a 3-bedroom home is 6 people.
- The City of Palm Springs does not allow any outdoor music at any time.
- No one can be in the back yard or pool after 10 pm (city wide curfew)
- Parking Limits: Only 3 cars allowed, no street parking
- Must be at least 30 years old to book
** For short term rentals the pool will be heated to 87 degrees upon request with an additional service fee of $50 a day. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Please Note: This fee is not included in the quoted price on the rental platforms. **
For Monthly rentals utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid.
