Amazing Property

We had a little winter getaway planned! And this place was amazing, clean and close to the palm strip! Very friendly staff and great communication when needed. Would recommend this place, also backyard is amazing

Outdoor Oasis

Stayed with some of our closest friends to get some sun and create some memories. The space was great and given the spa and heated pool we were able to spend all the daylight hours outdoors.

R and R Rendezvous

We enjoyed our stay a lot. House was close to everything and well appointed. Was a little smaller than appeared online but still perfect for 6 people. Backyard, pool and spa was amazing and beautifully landscaped and that’s where we spent the most of our time. Check in and out was easy and Management was easily accessible. We would definitely recommend and come back to stay👍😊

The house was very clean, we had (apparently) thought it was a 3 bedroom but we made due. The landscaping and backyard is the prize winner here. Beautiful! It would be nice to have outdoor music.

Great family vacation for my wife birthday!

A very lovely home with everything you need for vacation time with family and friends! The check-in/out process and instruction for using inside the house and outside area is very simple. The outdoor area is amazing including dining and rest, pool and jacuzzi, fireplace and sun/shade spaces. Laundry outside is a big plus. The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi are as expected. The house is very well organized and beautiful. All rooms are great with comfortable beds. We definitely come back another time. Thanks a lot.

Great yard

I booked this vacation with my family and grandchild. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't need anything. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Would have preferred a better shower experience. The shower head was huge but there's no water pressure so the water trickled out and we had to stand by the wall to get wet. The bathroom in the master leaves no room for modesty. Make sure you are very close to your roommate in this room. Bathroom has french doors and is very close to the bed. Had my 1yo grandson and he was head high to the sharp corners of the dining table but we ended up positioning the chairs around the corners of the tabe and had no accidents. And the dining set is lovely. The floors are cement so there were a couple of head bumps but all is good. The backyard is so inviting. The landscape is beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of seating. I loved the iPad controls for the yard. We had full access to control the spa, pool heating and lighting. I had to contact the management team once and they responded promptly. I was very happy with the solution. We would definitely recommend this house.

Close to downtown, responsive management, & very clean, organized home with everything you need

The house is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed to use the grill and cook at home. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Never ran out of plates or cups. The laundry machine was a big plus as we were coming from Vegas and been hiking. They also have that well stocked so it saves a trip to the market. The views from the yard are incredible. It was nice to have breakfast outside by the hot tub and see the mountain over the house. The hot tub/pool are well maintained. Be aware that landscaping/pool people may show up during your stay. They have access so you may not be aware they entered the property. We were a bit startled at first. The property management is very responsive. We had an issue with the pool/hot tub tablet as it kept losing connection. They had staff there quickly to help address the issue. They kept on top of it until it was resolved. The staff taught us to use the manual controls in the mean time so our pool/hot tub time wasn't significantly impacted. Check-in and check-out was easy. The management team is very accommodating. They didn't require anything beyond taking out the trash/recycling and placing dishes in the dishwasher before checking out. A nice change from other places that had a list of chores before check out. My feedback is to send a text message when the pool/hot tub is cleaned with a time frame to avoid the pool. We got in too soon after the chlorine was put in and it gave us skin irritation. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again in the future,

This home is lovely and a great location. The backyard is an amazing retreat. Beautiful pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the firepit every morning and evening. We appreciated the comfortable outdoor living room and dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix our own breakfasts and lunches. The weather was perfect so we lived outdoors for a week. A nice change from our Chicago winter!

Well appointed & located. Pool is on the small side. Lovely outdoor spaces.

Rental & check in process was very easy. A lovely home with everything we needed for meals, etc. Pool is smaller then photos suggest, but nice. Lovely outdoor spaces with sun & shade. We had reoccurring issue with pool/spa controls & property management was very helpful & responsive. I would rent this house again .

The outdoor space was amazing. Would come back again and again just to enjoy the garden, hot tub, pool, and covered sectional area. So wonderful! Too windy for the fire pit though :)

The perfect place!

This house had everything we needed. It is close to everything we wanted to do! Just minutes away from downtown and quality dining. We were also able to visit Joshua Tree and the Salton Sea for day trips. The outside area was perfect, with multiple sitting areas and shade options and, of course, the amazing pool. Lastly, we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen—we had all the equipment we needed for cooking and cocktails! This really was the perfect Palm Springs getaway for our family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location; quiet and close to downtown and parks; clean, comfortable beds and great backyard space. Well stocked kitchen but could use some upgraded pots/pans. covered parking was plus and a must in the summer heat. Excellent internet speed. we really enjoyed our stay and the pool !

Great Spring Break Spot!

We stayed in this home for a lovely Spring Break. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was clean and there were plenty of areas to spread out and gather. The home is in a great neighborhood with lots of great walking options. You can walk to the Margaritaville Resort in about 10 minutes or less. The kitchen is well stocked....it even has a panini press! We loved staying in a home with a private pool!!!

Great Backyard!

Resort like backyard, nice location. Management helpful with hot tub service. Cooking pan needs updating. Master bathroom is in a closet.

Thanksgiving vacation

The property was in good condition, but the cushions outside on the patio were very uncomfortable, foam inserts need replacing. The same is true for the living room cushions. The kitchen cookware was also very worn, the one nonstick pan we used most frequently was scratched and really is not safe to use, Should be replaced for next occupants. The filtered water container had a very strange taste, would definitely have someone check to see the water is safe to drink. The hot tub never warmed up to 100 degrees, and we didn't realize the heater wasn't working properly until the day before we were leaving. Reported it when we were leaving the property so it would be fixed for the next occupants. The pool was great. The house is close to Palm Canyon Drive, but it is misleading to say it is close to restaurants and stores, because they are too far down on Palm Canyon to walk from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice.

The Best Backyard!

We really enjoyed the entire backyard During our stay. It was great for dining outdoors, having drinks by the fire with the mountains in the background, and swimming in the pool. Beautiful landscaping. The house was well equipped and had all of the basics to cook meals, keep it clean, and provided quality toiletries, though it could have used more utensils and towels. Be aware of the early checkout time though, 10 am!
