The open concept living area allows you to accommodate a crowd and not feel cramped.

Enjoy dinner or cocktails under the covered outdoor lounge and dining area. Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy with its own private outdoor lounge area. Curl up in the 100% cotton sheets or step outside to read a book in your outdoor lounge. There is queen bed in one guest room, 2 double (full-size) in the other, while the primary suite offers a King bed with Bear mattress. Extra blankets and pillows are in the closet if you need them! Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage for longer stays or unexpected messes.

The newly renovated bathrooms provide a spa-like experience. Relax in the expanded master bath walk-in shower complete with body jets and rain shower head or take a soak in the tub. Fully tiled from floor to ceiling with beautiful brushed nickel fixtures, this bathroom sparkles with luxury. The guest bathroom features a large walk-in shower with custom mosaic and floor to ceiling tile that finishes off the look. Clean, contemporary and modern.

- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
- Pool Heat is optional but available for $89/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home. There is a pet fee of $95 (plus tax) pet pet.
