Villa Estrella is located in prestigious Movie Colony East and was designed with privacy and outdoor resort living in mind. The house features four bedrooms and 2,846 square feet of interior space. All common rooms have been recently remodeled by renowned designers, Grace Home Furnishings.

In addition to the features mentioned above, the yard has a misting system, a large free-form swimming pool outlined with a winding rock wall with three sheer-descent waterfalls. The adjacent spa can seat 8, and nestled between them both is a gas fire-pit adorned with decorative glass. Swim up to one of four built in concrete bar-stools and have a drink at the sunken wet-bar complete with refrigerator and built-in BBQ. The elevated outdoor sun-deck has four comfortable chaise lounge chairs overlooking the pool. Here you can gaze at the sun, the palm trees, and the mountains while listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfalls trickling into the pool. The master suite is your own private getaway with views that will blow you away. It has a king size bed, 42" TV, HBO, ceiling fan, two nightstands, built in bookcase, walk in closet and large picture window with a view of everything. The en suite bathroom has duel sinks, a Smart toilet with heated seat, a step down shower with window and a large oval bathtub with mountain and pool views.

Bedrooms two and three have a queen & King size bed respectively. Each also feature a walk-in closet, TV and French doors to an outdoor patio with wall mounted fountain. Both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.

Bedroom four a custom made sofa that is available in three configurations (L-shape sofa, two twin beds, one King Bed). It opens to a private furnished patio. In addition, there is a 55" TV, HBO, Blueray player and ceiling fan. Located just outside the fourth bedroom is the powder room.

The formal living room has an exposed wood beam ceiling, a piano, a ceiling fan, gas fireplace, large windows and glass doors. Like much of the house, it also has pool and mountain views. Next to the living room is the formal dining room that seats six.

As would be expected in an estate such as this, this Palm Springs vacation rental features a spacious gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, Wolf Professional microwave/convection oven, Wolf Professional oven, Wolf Six-burner stove, dishwasher, ice maker as well as both drip and Keurig coffee makers. In addition it has two sinks, including one at the center island.

For your entertainment, the home also has a stylish and comfortable media room.  This room, with large windows, wood beams along the ceiling and ceiling fan features a plush leather sofa, two side chairs, 85" wall-mounted TV with HBOMax, Prime Video, Netflix, Apple TV, iPod music system and French doors that open to the pool area.  

Other features include remote controlled entry gate, EV Charger, six car private motor court, two-car garage, large capacity washer/dryer, HBO and a front entrance fountain to welcome you and your guests.
