Your Palm Springs adventure begins at this charming 2-bedroom condo. Pool view to the south and mountain view to the north condo. Newly furnished and all new appliances. The living room overlooks the pool and has 65" TV. The primary bedroom overlooks the pool as well and has a 50" TV. All new linens and towels. The second bedroom has queen size bed and a deck that has amazing mountain views to the west. This Phase 3 condo is centrally located and is adjacent to the Prescott Preserve, great walking area. Pools / Spas and Tennis / pickleball courts are all included. Wifi and cable TV are included as well..

Mesquite Phase 3

Our 2nd time in Phase 3, much better than our first. Jeff’s condo is an upstairs (15 steps) corner unit offering much brightness and overlooking the community pool. One of the few patios with a BBQ and we loved our dinners on the patio surrounded by the lights. Unit fully outfitted with new furniture, appliances and kitchenware. Jeff was a great host and was quick to solve the few issues we had. We would certainly recommend him to others and return again.
