The Space:

THE SPACE



Step inside and you'll feel the relaxed Palm Springs character right away. The home has a bright, open floor plan with oversized glass sliders that blur the line between inside and outside living. The main living area features comfortable seating, a 50" Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a record player to set the mood for your stay. Central air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable year-round, and a dedicated workspace is available if you need to catch up on remote work.



The heart of the home is the expansive private backyard — this is where the magic happens. A large heated pool and steaming hot tub are the centerpiece, surrounded by multiple lounge daybeds, chaise lounges, and numerous seating areas perfect for relaxing or socializing. An 8-seat alfresco dining table and full BBQ grill make it easy to cook and dine outside. There's even a dedicated turf area with cornhole and bocce ball for friendly competitions. Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, property, and all amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and garage. A private entrance with a smart lock allows for seamless self check-in. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles, with one dedicated space in the garage and additional parking in the private driveway.



Getting Around:

Property is located approx. 10 minute drive from the Palm Springs Airport.

*** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT *** The person renting the property MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation**



*** SECURITY DEPOSIT *** THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS $1999 ($2499 for reservations exceeding 28-days) AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT TO ALLOW POST INSPECTION OF PROPERTY FOR CLEARANCE OF CONDITIONS (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations)***

***CANCELLATION POLICY:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others. If you have existing travel insurance through a provider or credit card, we recommend reviewing your coverage.

*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS for mid-term or extended stays: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.

*** PET FEE: *** A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet is required for all stays with pets to cover additional deep cleaning.



*** OPTIONAL POOL / SPA HEATING: *** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



*** OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRINGS ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.



**MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES ***

Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.

Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.

While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
