* Relax in the large heated pool or soak in the steaming hot tub while gazing at the beautiful San Jacinto mountains.

* Gather with your group around the cozy fire pit or on the numerous lounge chairs and daybeds.

* Enjoy meals fresh off the BBQ at the 8-seat alfresco dining table.

* Play a round of cornhole or bocce ball on the dedicated turf area.



**Indoor Living:**

* The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a 50" Smart TV, and a record player. Expansive glass sliders open directly to the patio, blending the spaces beautifully.

* Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped modern kitchen, featuring all-new stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, and elegant dishware.

* This home sleeps 8 guests across 3 uniquely-themed bedrooms.

* **Master Bedroom:** King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, Smart TV, and direct access to the backyard and pool.

* **Bedroom 2:** Queen bed with pool views.

* **Bedroom 3:** Queen bed.



**For Families:**

* A highchair and Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.

* The home is stocked with plastic-ware for kids, board games, and outdoor games.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, property, and garage. Key features include:

* Private entrance for self check-in.

* Full access to the private backyard, pool, and hot tub.

* Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. One space is available in the garage, with additional parking in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a separate written contract, which will be sent to you before arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be parked at the property.

* **Optional Fees:**

* **Pool Heating:** $149 per night (2-night minimum). Please request this service at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

* **Pet Fee:** A non-refundable $75 fee applies if your pet is approved.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out:** This may be available for an additional $25 per hour. Please inquire prior to your arrival.
