Upgraded Mid-Century design condo with new quality queen pullout sofa, office space for work from home including free wifi and all-in-1 printer, full chefs kitchen with all new cookware and utensils, Keurig and drip type coffee makers, tea kettle, blender, toaster, air fryer and dish ware, bar and wine glass ware. Kitchen has a french door refrigerator with ice and water on the door, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave. There are two full bathrooms with hairdryers and towels. Two phone charging stations for Apple & Android. The bedroom has a luxurious king mattress with 1500 thread count linens, quilt, comforter and extra blankets, alarm clock, and plenty of hangers. There are cards for poker and a chess set. Patio has a dining table for four, grill and a cozy seating area for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying Happy Hour at the end of the day. Underground parking available, onsite pool and workout gym.

Fantastic fun place to stay - Great location

The photos on the site for this iconic Palm Springs condo are exactly what you will experience when you enter this unit. It is colorful, bright, fun and everything looked brand new. The unit has a very nice patio/balcony with ample outdoor furniture and a grill, underground parking available to keep your auto cool, very short walk to pools and downtown Palm Springs. The host has thought of everything for the guests. We were able to extend our stay while our renovation of our nearby home was getting done. We recommend this development and this unit especially to any couple who wants a fun unit which is just two blocks from downtown and many restaurants. We stayed at three different places during our very long renovation and this place was our favorite by far. It will be number one on our list for friends who are looking for a great place to stay that is convenient to downtown.
