The two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds, ceiling fans, closet space, and 50-inch smart TVs. These bedrooms share the hallway bath, featuring a single vanity and walk-in shower. RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE: **Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day (depending on time of year). This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book. **Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties. **Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund. **Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. See the rental contract for more information. **On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills.
