This ground floor 1bed/1bath unit has convenient patio access to the community pool, hot tub and BBQ area.

The secondary living room area has a couch with hideaway sofa bed with privacy screens that allow comfortable queen-sized rest for any additional guests you may have.

A contemporary, well-stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze! This bright beauty has a privacy hedge that gives a relaxing view from the patio chairs or easy socialization around the pool.

Want to bike around town? We leave a bicycle inside the unit/bedroom closet for your use and enjoyment.
