Originally designed by renowned mid-century architect William Krisel in 1960, this property has been added to by award-winning contemporary architect Jim Jennings from San Francisco to create something truly unique. Step into a world of elegance and charm, exuding a timeless aesthetic with art-filled walls and spacious interiors. Soak up the abundant natural light in the living area as large windows beautifully frame the breathtaking blue skies. Equipped with a Sonos sound bar, 50" TV, and gas fireplace—it's ideal for relaxation and entertainment. The newly renovated kitchen comes replete with high-end Viking appliances and added luxuries like a panini maker and French press. Gather at the 3-stool breakfast bar for a casual bite or dine in style under a contemporary chandelier at the 6-person dining table. A washer and dryer are hidden in the hallway closet near the fully redone bathrooms. Lovely modern home and yard in beautiful quiet neighborhood!

Had a great family stay and enjoyed the fantastic pool and yard. The mountain view was stunning. Property management was very cordial and responsive. Would definitely return!

Awesome house with beautiful taste in vintage furniture!

This house is a gem! The backyard is stunning and the neighborhood is great for walking to the main street. Management was great and always responsible to anything we needed. We'd love to stay here again!

Beautiful mid-century

This is a beautifully curated mid-century home in the heart of Vista Las Palmas. The backyard design is gorgeous and tailored to enjoy the mountain view, pool and spas; it also has ample sunny and shady spots to relax. We gave it a low rating on cleanliness due to the cockroaches in the kitchen. Some appliances were slightly out of repair and could stand to be replaced. This felt worth mentioning given the nightly cost of the rental. We have stayed in similar price points that were in impeccable shape.

Great backyard but needs some TLC

We booked this for our very small wedding, so we were lucky that the homeowners were generous enough to allow us to stay, given the noise restrictions in Palm Springs. We loved the location and neighbourhood - and often went for a walk in and around each morning with our son. The backyard was amazing and exactly why we chose the house, aside from its midcentury modern architecture.The only downfall was that the home needed a bit of TLC. The appliances in the kitchen are slowly falling apart and/or have loud running engines, the sink faucet was broken, dishwasher door was busted, fridge drawers are broken and taped up). And the microwave was located so high above the oven that its really not usable, especially for anything hot.Our parents stayed at the house the night of the wedding and my father noticed there were termite tubes hanging from the wood ceiling so that needs to be looked at. The bathrooms were not very functional with no counter space and very small for a master. There was also a sewage smell coming from the master bath which was subtle but noticeable.The last disappointment was that we killed 3 cockroaches in and around the kitchen/living area. We are not sure if they came in from outside with the doors open occasionally (very unlikely as we had the doors closed most of the time with AC on.) but we have a 16 month old and were slightly disturbed by it.To be paying well over $500/night to stay here it wasn't all that worth it. The concierge David was nice and helped out where he could but we felt like it wasn't worth it until the owners do some work to the home because.

Amazing Home!

This home is a true gem. The furnishings are beautiful, and the art is truly museum-quality. The pool is set in a wonderful garden area with many shaded seating areas. The neighborhood is great - very quiet, and yet close to restaurants.
