Guests will have access to 2 pools and parking is right in front of the building. This is a very large unit in a fantastic area of Palm Springs. Look no further...this apartment is a gem. Perfect for people traveling for work or snowbirds!

More effort could be put in to maintain the property. Cole was very responsive to our needs.

This location in downtown Palm Springs is great. The units are older and have been somewhat updated. They allow pets and so I had a an issue with a neighbor's dog barking and the host responded and took care of it, at least temporarily. The problem arose a few more times during my stay. I don't have a pet, but noticed there was some residual pet hair in the unit from previous occupants. While the furnishings aren't glamorous they provide the essentials for your stay. On site pool is not heated and does not get much sun in January.
