Here, a cozy den with a plush sofa and a 48” TV invites you to unwind after a day of adventure. Down the hallway, you’ll find a stylish guest bathroom featuring a walk-in shower—a perfect precursor to the stunning primary suite that awaits.
The primary suite, bathed in natural light from two Juliet balconies, boasts a king-size bed, a 48” Smart TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soothing soaking tub and a private workspace. The stylish chef’s kitchen sparkles with charm, accompanied by a beautiful dining table for six, perfectly framed by doors that open onto your expansive covered balcony—ideal for starlit dinners or leisurely brunches. The kitchen island features three stylish stools, perfect for additional seating and creating a welcoming gathering spot for family and friends.
Ascend to the third floor, where the second primary en suite awaits like a secret sanctuary. With its open-air concept, private fireplace, and a balcony showcasing breathtaking mountain vistas, this retreat promises ultimate tranquility. Drift off in your king-size bed while enjoying your favorite shows on the 40” Smart TV, and rejuvenate in the custom walk-in shower of the en suite bathroom. RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 4 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**Renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $1000 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
