This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Palm Desert home will surely not disappoint! Not only is the interior amazing, but the backyard will truly have you feeling like you are at your own private oasis! Enjoy stunning decor and cozy furniture while taking in all the desert has to offer! Enjoy the beautiful spa and pool, and be sure to inquire about heating options and fees! We can't wait to host you!

-Pool and spa heat fees apply- please inquire prior to booking
-25 year age minimum for booking
-No pets allowed
-30 night minimum
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Non-abnb cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee. (If you qualify for a 100% refund per the cancelation policy on your booking, you will receive 95% as the 5% processing fee is non refundable)
-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video and surveillance camera facing exterior right and left side yards
