"Beautiful location, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Rooms were dirty and very worn and in need of maintenance. The beds were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have a dish drying rack and cleaning utensils like a broom. Some tupperware would have been great too. All that said I enjoyed my stay there, they just need to focus a bit more on room maintenance "

"The landscaping/plants are awesome here. The pool area was clean & available. Margaret was so helpful with any/all ?????? There are noisy birds in the palm trees that are colorful & fun to watch. The beach & esplande are steps away & there is a guarded beach close by. Highly recommmend this spot for anyone interested in nature & a gorgeous relaxing spot near to many activities. . "

"Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family emergency, we were happy to have credit/new dates for the remaining nights, but unfortunately Expedia or the hotel would not honour this so we lost 3 nights accommodation!"

"It was a compact hotel room not serviced during 3 night stay had to buy tea coffee sugar only 2 stores locally so prices were very high paid $6.50 for a botttle of water $5.50 for 10 teabags "

"Great place - I would definitely stay here again, right in the heart of Palm Cove. Only downside was heater in pool was not working the second week of my stay, though I know they were trying to get it fixed - I'm sure it's good by now. Beautiful grounds, loved the balconey, the "library", laundry. Even provided a rack for drying clothes and an umbrella in my unit. Great place!"

"It was great value and easy access to walking paths, shops, restaurants. A bus to take you to Cairns. Clean, nice staff. A couple of issues with air con and fan but addressed immediately. Would have liked upgrade but all booked out. Will be more specific on room next trip. "
