- Williams Esplanade hosts the Iconic Palm Cove Markets are normally held on the 1st Sunday's in the months of April through December (weather permitting) 8am to 2pm. Fresh produce, locally made jewellery, clothing and trinkets
- Fireworks along Williams Esplanade - TBA visible from the balcony (a view not to be missed from the upper balconies)
- Cairns Ironman - Palm Cove hosting of 3.8km swim.

The showcase pool is a central feature to the home. After swimming you can enjoy all that staying in the tropics has to offer by indulging in the hotwater shower while taking in established garden views! Enjoy the outdoor living experience, BBQing and relaxing in lush tropical surroundings.
Spacious, and luxurious this will be the vacation home you never want to leave! Equipped with a full hostess kitchen, BBQ, Coffee Machine, and kitchen appliances to make self-catering a breeze. 3 indoor living zones, 2 on the ground floor, 1 upstairs with a kitchenette and bar fridge. Fully functioning laundry including clothes washer, dryer, washing line outside, iron, ironing board.
AC systems in each room and ceiling fans are provided throughout as well as linen, bedding, towels, board games and TV's in each living room and bedroom. Each double bedroom has a BIR, and King/Queen sized beds. Various bedding configurations are available - just ask!
4 Bathrooms (1 outside) including double showers, large bathtubs, 4 toilets (1 outside), Outdoor swimming pool, lounge and dining zones.
Complimentary start-up kit on arrival includes cleaning and personal toiletries, coffee, teas, milk, sugar, salt and pepper. Enough to get you started until you set out to explore.
Guest Access
As a highly secured property, there are external surveillance cameras in the side and front yards. You will have full access to the property (no owners onsite) throughout your stay, including access to the house, rear, front and side yards. Onsite parking is available in the driveway and loads of free on-street parking is available throughout your stay. A keyfob will be provided to you, upon meeting our representative.
On arrival
Our experienced representative will greet you on arrival and run through the particulars of the modernised house with you. Communication via the App is our preferred first contact point, as many times minor technical difficulties and issues can be addressed without us impacting on your stay.

For your peace of mind, cameras are located in the rear side yards, front yards and driveway. We respect your privacy, so there are currently no cameras in the pool area and rest assured there are no cameras inside the house.
PLEASE NOTE - At the time of booking, we will require you to provide a list, to a maximum of 10 guests, who will be staying at the property, a copy of photo ID will also be required.
FURTHERMORE - At the time of booking, you acknowledge our neighbours have the right to a peaceful existence in their neighbourhood, you agree to respect this upon choosing to stay here!
Upon leaving the property for the day and concluding your stay ANYTIME you leave the property, all AC's and ceiling fans should be switched off and external doors are to be locked and closed. Following this rule ensures our property remains within its insurance terms and conditions.
Who can stay
- Adults 25 + (and their dependants - as notified prior to stay commencement).
- Only those listed on the booking notification form.
- NO ASSISTANCE ANIMALS - due to our own children having allergy to animal dander - unfortunately this is a not negotiable booking requirement.
- NO PETS of any kind.
- NO SMOKERS PLEASE & definitely NO SMOKING ON THE BALCONY.
- STRICTLY NO PARKING ON THE GRASS.
