"We encountered Roaches in our bathroom, we booked a room with 2 queen beds but got 2 double beds, we booked a kitchenette with a full refrigerator but got a mini refrigerator! The Spa was dirty and unhealthy to use! Not to our expectations will not go back there."

"I wish the listing disclosed that there was no balcony but that’s no biggie! the honest worst part of the stay was my room door would get stuck! we couldn’t get the door open half the time and the first time it happened was like 2am and the person in the lobby was fast asleep and couldn’t be woken ..."
