"the staff were friendly and the room was good. i did feel that for the price for the room, paddle boards should be free to use and maybe they can have a few more available. also, same with the bikes. offering some complimentary evening snack or something would also be good. four star places include breakfast or these type of things to make it an elevated experience beyond just a hotel in a good location. the sauna was nice and the outdoor small pool was closed when we wanted to use it. also more...

"Our family of 4 stayed in a mezzanine room which was perfect for our 2 days. Plenty of room, decor was fresh. The other areas of the hotel were well maintained. The pool was small but perfect place for a dip at the end of a tiring day. We didn’t go to the restaurant but got our breakfast at the bakery which did excellent pastries and coffee as well as sandwiches to take away. The Cedar bar did lovely cocktails with a beautiful view over the lake. Perfect location - few mins walk into the old town and lake."
