"Nice place, comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms. You don’t need to take any transport to visit the places, everything is within walking distance (max. 20 min. Walking) One thing that you should know is that there is no lift and the place is quite noisy till 12am. "

"Located just a couple of minutes from Quattro Canti in the heart of Palermo. Franco and Maria are fantastic hosts. Franco met us and lead us to the parking garage that he had arranged for us, helped us with our bags and got us settled in. We had a great stay."

"This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities of a modern home. It is located in an area full of restaurants, and was also within walking distance to all the main sights. We are a family of 3 and loved every aspect of our stay. Our host was amazing, answering all our questions promptly regarding parking and restaurants. She even conveniently arranged the car service to the airport for us. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!"

"This is not your ordinary place to stay. Everything about the stay was 5 stars. Francesco is a fabulous host. The place is like a walk back in time. You could spend days just admiring the many antiques that adorn every inch of the place. The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere. I literally can not think of a bad thing to say. I hope to go back again someday. Thanks, Francesco, for such a memorable week with my family."

"Pros: Beautiful view from balcony. The apartment was very clean. Interesting location as you get a glimpse of local life. Super friendly host who made us feel very welcome. Easy check-in."

Excellent value for money, great shower and plenty of hot water. One word of advice Via Roma very noisy so if sleeping in the front take some ear plugs !!"

"Apartment was fantastic… and as advertised. Well stocked with all needed supplies and even extra beverages and coffee supplied. Plenty of space inside and outdoor space was a nice option (security gate made safe and private from street). Luciana even provided local suggestions which all added to our trip. "
