"It's a lovely flat with everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Palermo. The air conditioning worked well which was important as the weather was so hot. The staff were helpful in allowing us to check in early and in organising transfers from and to the airport. We had a problem on the final morning when the electricity stopped working which was difficult for awhile bit fortunately it came back on after 30 mins."

"Would have given 5 stars for all, but the AC did not work. Host said to use remote which didn't work. Tried good batteries from tv and still didn't work. Area is way too noisy to leave windows open at night. Angelo was great bringing keys and explaining best as possible being I don't speak Italian. Would be too hot in summer without AC."
